🔄 Order Changes & Exchanges

  • Please review your order carefully before confirming (size, design, quantity, and shipping details).
  • Due to fast processing times, we cannot modify or exchange orders once confirmed.
  • If you notice an error, you have 6 hours from the time of order placement to cancel and reorder.

🚫 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
  • Cancellation fee: 10% of the total order value.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

📦 Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. Beyond this period, all sales are final, and refunds are not available.

We accept returns if:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Received wrong size, material, or design
  • Product description does not match the received item

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Returns without prior confirmation

    • Order number & proof of purchase
    • Photos of the item showing the issue
    • Shipping label/receipt (if applicable)
  3. Our support team will respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions.

📢 Note: Refunds will only be processed after we verify the return request.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers cover return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
  • We do not reimburse lost or damaged returns due to transit issues.

💳 Refund Processing Time

  • Processing time: Up to 2 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
  • Typical refund time: 10-15 days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
