This policy explains our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from https://kurored.com.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags and labels must still be attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Items not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Worn or washed apparel.
  • Used towels or footwear showing signs of wear.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or items marked as “final sale.”

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship your item to the address provided in our confirmation email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

If your refund has not been received after 10 business days, please contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
We may request photos of the item to verify the issue.
Once confirmed, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your payment provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
