  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During promotional events or high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Orders are shipped from Boulder, Colorado, via USPS, FedEx, or DHL.
  • Standard delivery within the U.S. usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship to selected international destinations.
  • Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • International shipping is handled by DHL Express, FedEx International, or equivalent carriers.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and additional border fees.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, shipping method, and total weight.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or bundle discounts.

5. Delivery Delays

Although we strive for punctual deliveries, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier service interruptions

In such cases, our support team will assist you in tracking and resolving the delay.

6. Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, customers receive a tracking link via email.
You can monitor delivery progress directly on the carrier’s tracking page.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
