Production and delivery times
Every SHIKALLC piece is embroidered by hand after you order, so your order is made first and then shipped.

These times are estimates, not guarantees. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.
Order tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check its status any time on our Order Tracking page.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us within 6 hours of ordering through our Contact page or at [email protected]. We cannot be responsible for packages sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
Delays, lost or damaged packages
Carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays and big game weekends. If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us and we will help sort it out with the carrier.
Taxes and duties
Any customs fees, import duties or local taxes charged at delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
