Yes. Each item is embroidered to order, one at a time. Small variations in stitching are normal and make your piece one of a kind.
Yes. Add your team name and preferred yarn colors in the personalization box on the product page. We embroider exactly what you type, so please check your spelling. We cannot reproduce official team logos or other trademarked artwork.

Check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Because items are made to order, we cannot exchange for a different size.
Shipping is $5.99 per order. Orders of $99 or more ship free. See our Shipping Policy.
Production takes 3-7 days because every piece is embroidered by hand. Shipping then takes 7-12 days within the United States, or 15-25 days to other countries. In total, expect your order about 10-19 days after you place it in the US, or 18-32 days worldwide.
We email you a tracking number when your order ships. You can also use our Order Tracking page.
Yes, within 6 hours of ordering. After that your piece is already in production.
If it is defective, torn or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will refund or replace it. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Turn the garment inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and lay flat or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the embroidery.
